About the Role

We are looking for a Community Manager to be the link between the community, and the development team. This role is really diverse and includes the management of community tools, the organization of events, the transmission of information from the development team to the community, and the transmission of reports, feedback and suggestions from the community to the team. The Community Manager will manage different social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn on behalf of YoYo Games. This involves overseeing all editorial content, comments and word of mouth across each space and often you will be required to contribute to this yourself by writing blogs or website content on behalf of YoYo Games. The Community Manager is in charge of the direct communication, but more important: it means that the Community Manager is the first person bearing the image of the company and contributes to building it.

The ideal candidate is someone technical, detail-oriented, flexible, shines at cultivating member engagement, has a keen eye for developing fresh content ideas and bringing them to life, has a background in customer support, and loves using data to inform the tactical approach.
