A lot of feedback we have have recieved over the last 6 months is that we need more payment options. So we have been busy working out the best solution to this. It's taken a while (as most financial set ups do) and we are now happy to announce that we have upgraded our online purchase process system with Ogone and Chase Paymentech who have been brilliant at setting up and working with us diligently to get this live!
This payment system is very secure, allows for a much simpler flow, no redirections from our site, and faster processing so you can obtain GameMaker and start creating immediately!
This should be a big improvement to anyone that has previously ran into difficulties via Google Plus. There is a 14 day refund policy which we will be happy to check and refund you in this time. Please contact the helpdesk for assistance (make sure you have your payment reference and license key details). We want to make this as simple, secure and available to as many as we can so we appreciate any comments and suggestions for improvement going forward.
