knuckles the echidna !!FINAL EDITION!! Review

Pros: The animation system was nicely done. Not sure if it was borrowed from Damizean or not, but it was nice to see the system work somewhere. The music was picked excellently, whether remixed or not.
Cons: Several graphics glitches including problems with sprites showing up. The levels could have been slightly improved with a better Background and slopes and curves. (I'd also have liked to see Knuckles climb walls.) The ring loss system is slightly screwed
It's got potential.
When I played this game, I was ready for the worst- But it turns out it was better than I'd pictured! I may not have been able to get through the first level- An Emerald locater would help in the future- but I was pleased with how it came out. Even though the ring loss system didn't quite work, the animation system was good. The engine also came with gliding and a spindash, too, which was also pretty cool. While I'd have loved to be able to punch something or climb walls, this was absent from the game, but the game was done well without it. Despite the graphics glitches in the enemies, Knuckles' spindash, and the room transitions, it came out nicely and it really appears to me that this game has potential to be even better. The music was selected well and the overall picture came out pretty nicely. I'll have to finish the game sometime soon, though, to make sure my points are valid, but it appears to be pretty smooth. Good job! ^^

I gave a comment recently but to add to it i think C is punch i cant remember. Hold it down and knuckles does 2 blows. Also the ring loss isnt really that easy to do, i know it sucks but again its my own creation. Sorry bout no radar just look in all places like punch rocks and stuff. Thanks for the comment over all

Don't mention it! Just keep working on it! I think there are a few ring loss tutorials somewhere on the internet, so try Googling that and see what you get. Good luck!
