Pros: This is one of those games you can play over and over again and never get tired of!!

Cons: The variety of only 8 weapons to abuse the bad-mouth penguin is not enough

Kill that annoying little ****

Although theres a little penguin-shooting game, killing Bill the Penguin at the title screen is 95% of the fun itself!! Just torture him in anyway you want---blow out his eyes, write your name in his belly with a knife, whatever!! Lack of torture tools will make you say '...Thats all I can use?' but it's still fun anyway!!
