Wow.

You're on a good start, but I suggest making the bottles fall more slowly and giving the crosshairs a wider range. It's a great concept, but I didn't understand what was happening. Maybe start off on an easier level and progressively get harder. Also, make the graphics a little less bland.

Great start - just make sure that the game is playable, and inviting from the beginning.
