ETERNAL CRY 2 Review

Pros: Graphics, Sounds, Atmosphere
Cons: Sticky Controlls, Flickering 'lights', some spelling mistakes
Great creepy atmosphere
The graphics in this game were good. I think the flickering lights effect could have been a lot more graceful if instead of the whole screen turning black, just the lights themselves would turn on and off. That kinda hert my eyes and got annoying, but it made sense. The darkness of the images added to the atmosphere.
The sound was pretty nice. Everything seemed to fit well with what was happening in the game.
The gameplay would have been much better if the controls did not stick or not function properly. I found myself having to click the mouse multiple times to get the attack to work properly (not while trying to walk of corse). If the whole stop-move-stop actions would work smoothy the overal game would have been more enjoyable.
The story was decent. There wasn't much but I wouldn't say that this kind of game needed much story to it.
The interface was simple and to the point. No need for facny text boxes and animations. Everything was shown in logical order and real did not have to be pointed out.
Overall: The game was pretty fun to play and puts you in the mood to play a dark creepy game.
