Gray Scalar Review

Pros: Graphics, Menu, GAMEPLAY, AI,Addictive
Cons: Small enemy selection, hard to figure out (minor complaints)
Creative, addictive, glamorous.
The simple graphics all worked together very smoothly and didn't distract from the game-play, while still being glamorous ( (I particularly liked the shooting/explosion effects). The menu was very creative and very stylish to an almost impractical degree. All of the sprites and effects worked brilliantly together.
Graphics 5/5
The sounds worked with the graphics, and each other very smoothly, again, not distracting from the game-play, even adding to it.
Sounds 5/5
The game-play was what really made this game. I can see the hours of alterations that Paulkim must have put into this game. The skill curve for this game is brilliant, you don't get bigger guns, you get more skill, (which is a lot more satisfying by the way) and while your at it, you unlock some decently fun game modes. There's a rather small enemy selection, though it was enough to keep me interested, more would be nice if there's ever a sequel.
Gameplay 5/5
It doesn't really have a story, but then, it really doesn't need one.
Story 0/5 <none
The interface was good, though it was kind of hard to figure out at first, like why the gun or the guy filled or unfilled with white, how to access the main menu (that's probably just me) and how to actually win a death match (I didn't figure out the frag countdown until completed 1/4 of the game) . Though a simple tutorial could probably fix those problems.
Interface 3/5
Overall, a brilliant game, no real evidence of laziness, addicting, with great graphics and effects.
Overall 5/5
Great work soldier, keep it up.
