Pros: It's a very easy to use tool. Photoweb is the best free image edit editor I've seen. It doesn't have any annoying sounds.

Great, keep improving it

I like the ability to create GIF files just simply by creating frames. The shine feature is cool, but is lacking a bit. It would have been nice if there was a shine circle that you could adjust the shape of and move around the picture. There is always more that can be done to make it better.
