Chaos Network: MegaMan Battle Network Online Review

Pros: The custom menu actually works. This was the only problem I faced when making a game like this.

Review for MMBN: Chaos Network
Grpahics were decent, but the yneed much work.
1. No depth. When the mettaur's shockwave goes to the tile above you, it overlaps Megaman.
2. Slow. Graphics were slow...the whole game was slow. It seemed the set FPS (room speed) was 15!
3. Megaman's moving sprite is played after he moved...what's up with that?
4. Press pause while the mettaurs are attacking. Then, move around.
The sound was not Megaman. I recomend going to www.vgmusic.com for good Megaman battle Network music. Also, I disapprove of the Megaman Battle Network 4-6 title music, I really don't know why capcom decided to change the theme; the old was the best.
Gameplay was meh...almost everything sealing with the graphics hindered gameplay.
1. Slow. The whole game.
2. No chip names are displayed. Not having yet played Bettle Network 6, there might be some chips I do not know about.
3. When in Guts Style, press X to shoot. Notice anything?
Do I even need to adress the story? No. I do not. Seeing as how this is a demo anyway, the story will not effect the overall score.
I would be a lot more into the game if the game was sped up. Putting the FPS at 60 and halving (or, if it really is 15, quatering) all of the speeds and image speeds (double the alarms, if any) would improve it a LOT.
My advice at the moment is to put some effort in the small stuff. It's the stuff that can matter the most; or, it's what people notice the most.

Thank you for the input! All of those problems have been fixed a while ago. You'll notice the difference in the new demo. :)
