Brick Breaker V.1.0 Review

Pros: Good music, classic game with new twists
Cons: Too many bugs and glitches
Nice game
I originally wrote a review for the previous version of this game, however, upon the creators request, I am rewriting the review to correspond with the updated version of the game.
First off, the game is good, the classic breakout style brings old-school to a new meaning in this game, the music is great, too, even if it is what makes the game have such a large file size. The gameplay is what you’d expect from a remake of this classic game, however, upon playing this game, I discovered some bugs that definitely need to be fixed ASAP. First, when the level starts, the block which the ball hits doesn’t disappear and you don’t get points for it, second, when you run out of lives and restart the game, your points stay and your lives still say 0, and you now have infinite lives so you never get a game over until you complete the game, which is probably something gamers wouldn’t be happy about and the creator, too.
The graphics are good in this game too, a much needed improvement over its old-school brethren. But I have one thing to say, if you’re in need of a cure for boredom, or just something fun to play every now and then, you should definitely give this game a shot, I have a feeling you’ll enjoy it. And actually, I enjoy classic arcade style games.
