Ancient Puzzlization Review

Pros: Challenging;
Cons: repetative; short;
Pretty Good
Ancient Puzzlization is a simple game which you beat levels to get through a pyramid to retrieve a tablet. The gameplay is simple, you move a chariot around and you point your bow where you want to shoot your arrows. You must hit the blocks using a matching colored arrow.
The gameplay is not impressive. This type of gameplay is quite a common type, so I would not give this game points for originality. There are, however, a couple of types of power-ups. The timer and arrow limit add to the pressure, giving it decent difficulty.
The graphics were fairly good, not impressive, but added a nice feel to it. Animation of the sprites was actually one of the better parts of the sprites. The text was a little annoying, being the typical stick text.
The sound was not very good. The music, which sounded a little loud, did not loop even though it sounded like it should have. The other sound effects were OK.
The Story was over-simple. Going into a pyramid to retrieve a tablet by completing puzzles. Better than none I suppose.
Interface was intermediate. The main menu wasn't too impressive and didn't stand out, and the level selection menu was fairly good. One thing that did annoy me in this game is the changing windo size between menu and gameplay, both are small and so it is easy to see the switch in size.
Overall this game is simple, and good for a quick, exciting play. The replayability of this game is mediocre. The difficulty matches most areas of difficult and mastery, but the story does get repetative after a while. I will, however, give this game a little credit, it is more put together than other games I see.

When I play this on my computer, the power ups work better and the sound loops properly. I do not know why it doesn't now that it is played through yoyo.

I suggest asking YOYO bout this problem. The power-ups work fine when I played.
