good engine very helpful

The particle effects are great, and are actually useful for your games!

Sound-
Sound isn't needed for this utility.

Gameplay-
I rated 6 cus its awesome, and it will improve your games gameplay! Thats gotta be worth a 6!
+ its fun to watch all the effects

Story-
None

Interface-
The menu's cool and the explaining text is great and tells you hopw it works. Plus all the effects are so easy to put in your game! And easy to customise!

Overall-
Overall this is a great tool. When i was quite new to GM i used this and it taught me:
-How to use particles as scripts
-How to do colour blending
-How to do shaking effects
And i used these effects in my games!
