Gythol Granditti: The Crypt of Darkness Review
By Ferdricko on

Pros: Great graphics, storyline, and a LOT of depth!
Cons: Slightly repetitive music, but it really isn't that bad. The characters are also a little unbalanced in battles, but they are all still important to win battles.
A Top GM RPG
With the most depth I have seen in a GM RPG, Gythold Granditi is one of the best.
-The map is broad and explores a lot of areas.
-The challenges are diverse and unique, from puzzles to mazes to battles.
-The battles themselves are a lot of fun and the game features an impressive battle engine. While it is true that the characters are unbalanced and specifically two will win most of your battles, all are useful.
-The graphics are awesome.
-The music is pretty good but can really get repetitive. Still, it's not too bad.
-And the depth is great. It takes a while to play, the map is large, the characters give different bits of advice through the game, and the town changes slightly with time and whatevers is happening in the town.
Overall, this game is highly impressive. It is definitely worth your time.
