Typewriter by Data-Face

A useful tool that takes any text and types it in instead of it just appearing. You can change the position, speed of typing, space of the letters, and the amount of lines you want it to be on (at least one word per line). Very useful for speech boxes, guidelines, and any other dialogue you may put in your game. Very easy to use and It doesn't require pro edition!

Simple Calculator for GM by scifiboi

A cool calculator that has been tested. It also includes a VBS script that allows your game to talk, but it hasn't been tested, and you can't say what you want.

Easy Lighting v3.11! by Scyler_27

This extension will add functions to your game to create fascinating lighting effects! It is easy, and there are only 7 functions, but it is also very flexible. Here are some features:

The Pausing LIB by daman123125

This folder contains a LIB that contains actions that can make your game pause easily.
There is:
-pause game
-pause GML version(you edit the code I used to pause if you want it to do something else)
-pause game while fading the background
-pause game while fading the background GML version
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Also, an example is included to show how it works! All you have to do is drag one of the pause actions and your game is paused!

Mini-Map extension by rikieman1

My Mini-Map script in extension version :D
I got quite alot of messages from people having trouble using my code, so I decided to make it into an extension. This should be alot easier for people to use.
The readme.txt file included in the .rar explains how to use the functions.

INSTALLING THE EXTENSION:
In order to install the extension, open gamemaker and go to 'extension packages' (the green cross). Click on install and in the pop-up click install again. Now browse your computer to where you saved the .gex file from the .rar and double click it. Now press OK. Select 'mini-map' from the available packages and click the blue arrow. If you edit an object, it should now show a new tab titled 'map'.
