I'm sorry you did not find the game to your liking. The response on other forums has been pretty uniformly positive, and it's always nice to hear a dissenting opinion. And I must express some envy of your gaming skill; you must have been a very talented 1-year-old to breeze through a game with such a high difficulty level.

@metamilo: After the first level, you should be able to select any of the other levels from the menu; each level should listed by name, "Grand Slam", "Bells and Whistles", etc.
