To save an animation in pivot as a .gif, just go to 'File', 'Save Animation'. Then, in the window where you choose to save it, at the bottom there is a bar that says 'Save as type: Pivot File (*.piv)' Click on the arrow and select 'Gif (*.gif)' Then a window will pop up called 'Gif Options' Uncheck everything in optimization and set the frame delay to 6. Click OK and your animation should save. If you have any other questions, just ask.
