    The answer to your question abou the player bullet thing is simple.
    Try this, just put a "if objPlayer is equal to 1" before the the 1st action in the collsion event.

Pros: Sound, graphics, and gameplay were very nice. Multi attacks were also very cool
Cons: No story, obviously. The random spawning, too many controls
