Hey! Just writing to inform ya, the new(er) version of Ardia has come out! This time, there's a tutorial, extra items you can use, a shot to buy them in, and spells to cast! Oh and that pesky valley at the top of the screen?! You guessed it.... it now leads somewhere! :D

Oh, and I'm really confused with this extremly slow thing.. I'v had a couple of reports of this, and tbh, I don't think the game is working right for you, as in all fairness the character moves reasonably fast...! Could someone who has this problem, time how long it takes for the character to cross from one side of the screen to the other? And a system spec would be helpful too... ?!

I know.. you guys hate the death metal... XD it will go! In fact, it already has! I just havn't uploaded the next version of this yet, as I'm working on the inventory/shop system, as well as a storage system for the caught Ardians. At the mo, its very glitchy, though once I'v done it, it should be worth the wait! :D Watch this space, in the next few days it should be nearing another release!!

I only used them in place of spending the needed to time to make a decent-looking sprite because my current emphasis is on the game machanics rather than looks. Same is for sound. The song that plays is actually done by the band I'm a member of (I'm the pianist) and despite it going down really well at metal gigs we do, I guess its not really suited for a kids game, hey!
