Pros: The puzzle elements were pretty unique. Lighting torches functioned as a 'key...
Cons: The mouse controlled movement was pretty unprecise and sloppy.

No, ThorThunder, 'Dark Tower' is just a subtitle for the game. But that's actually funny... I never noticed it that way before. =]

Adventure mode is unlocked if you find 2 of the 'orbs'. @mathmom: You can deactivate the pad saving like Erik Leppen said, but also activate room saving. As you enter a room, the game will save as long as your player is on the ground. Puzzles also reset themselves if there are no characters in the room. I hope that might help!
