Because some of the games use DLL files (like this one) and they are incompatible with Vista.

A new version is up, which does the first loading a lot more faster - finally I've realized that I don't have to suffer with including all of the necessary resources in the executable, because Instant Play supports simple .zip archives too... Good to know. Using this experience I've just re-uploaded my game called Sam Johnson, now it works as it has to, I suggest you to try it, because it is a better game than this one ;)
