I agree with Ray. Great game conceptually but the balance needs to be tweaked. The money value earned seems out of balance with the building demands to keep the citizens happy. Even if I was pooring all income from free countries into keeping the first two happy, the first and largest country rebeled out of unhappyness anyway. The second was taken over on the same turn by another country, since I hadn't been putting resources into the defense.
