To be honest, the game isnt very good. But it can improved. For one, i would look at Mark Overmars platform tutorial. As the jumping physics in your game are horible. There are other things, but i think that would be the best improvement.

He/she didnt make the character cuztomization level. They went on the gmc and downloaded and and made little changes. The least you could have done ws to credit the person who made it.
