Yes it is. Here is the link: http://www.mfgg.net/index.php?act=resdb¶m=02&c=4&id=11520 I so far haven't found any glitches with it and the platform engine included can easily be removed. The engine features Mario walking on curvy routes without needing to stop, routes opening graphically, warp pipes (that also transport) Mario graphically climbing ladders and many more features.
