Very very lagy (this computer is fast usually). Also I could'nt move the mouse under a certain point so I couldn't press continue on the "tutorial"

Ok thanks tompom now got it - really amazing game. It inspires me to make a game too ;) Would you like to make some other medical game with me? I have a basic idea of few levels already. (It is not similar to this game at all but this inspired me). If you want I'll PM you the basic idea.
