I haven't tested for that bug yet, mostly because the engine has changed since then. But thanks for the report, as I'll try to watch it in this one. As for the Ghost House, HINT: The lantern in the second room is grabbable.

In earlier versions, to disallow accidentally entering horizontal pipes, I made it so you had to be holding Dash (default X I think) to enter them.

Yes, the levels have been tested. Once you discover the lone trick to it, you'll pass it every single time.
