1) Smash bros is a game about Video game characters, jump ultimate stars is about anime characters. 2) Good. 3) Dont release an beta unless you are ready to take critisism (Is that how you spell it?) 4) Good. 5) Well, you could make your sprites based on the characters, and they would be yours... But anyway. And, If you are not a naruto/Bleach/Anime fanboy, why are there anime characters? EXP score boy: Try it on some other computer.
