    What I meant was use to use the D&D function create object. In its window is a relative function. Check it so that it is created where the enemy is. Then alter the x and y values to get it above the enemy's head.

    If that doesn't help, Check out the Game Maker Community, it has many, many tutorials. It is a huge help.
