All the issues that have been reported are fixed. However, they wont be released before the demo is ready. Then everything will come out at once, this will be in about 1.2 months. Due to the fact that I'm using GMThreads (Which is only compatible with GM6.1 and 7.0), the instant play wont work. Therefor you MUST download the game, or else it will give you a "compatibility error". When you download the game, there should be no such errors.
