Not bad. A few suggestions, though: - The shop system doesn't do anything more than throw random fruit around; you may want to fix that. - The image speed of the chao should be slowed down. I myself am working on a chao garden right now, and I find about 0.2 is the right spot to make it seem nice. - You shouldn't mix 16-bit graphics with digitial music, see if you can find a TIny Chao Garden song. Other than that, nice work so far.
