    Paint Shop Pro is the "cheap" photoshop.
    I don't have a tablet PC, I have a laptop. Google "bamboo pen" to see what I mean. It's just like drawing with a real pen, except you're drawing on your computer.

    I used Paint Shop Pro 9 and my Bamboo digital drawing pen.
