Sir, I have no idea what you are talking about. Game Maker is not required to play this application. It does not build a GM6 of GMK file for you, it just assembles the engine into a format that can be translated during gameplay. As for your credit card trouble, that's not my problem. Sorry.

What doesn't work exactly? Like did you try to install Dev-C++ first before compiling and it doesn't work? Does it just not load? The builder is corrupted? Anything?

To switch tilesets, you can go to "Tilesets --> Change Tilesets" on the menu bar. You can add your own tilesets by putting the image in "Include\Graphics\Tilesets" subfolder.
