Campadrenalin
Name: Philip Horger
Age: 17
Location: The middle of nowhere
Description: Genius masked by weirdness and being too cheap to use full versions of programs. I have invented several types of nonfatal guns that can be made with household objects, including the Nausea Gun, and I also invented a system for harnessing lightning into usable power. Oh, and I'm going to build a hovercraft. I love reading and am about as open-minded as a closed-minded person can be, and vise-versa. I support the idea to have a site or page on the net that can compare programming languages and possibly even translate them.

@twharton: it can be an engine without being a PUBLIC engine. This a graphics n' physics system that can be reused, hence the term "engine." GF doesn't need to share the source with the world to make it an engine, he can use it himself (and he alone), possibly on multiple games.

Thanks! Glad you like it. I'm currently working on the final boss(es), one of which is going to be easy to code... and the other interacts directly with the Oil. Unfortunately, my coding of the Oil is utterly complicated, and it's hell to try to figure it out again to work with it. But I have some solutions I'm considering. Also of interest to everyone, I'm also working on a Pause Menu which contains a graphical guide to every enemy you encounter (but not for enemies you haven't met yet)

Some of these are actually pretty fun, and they are all NOOBY! Awesome! The best part is that you don't try to pass them off as the next Halo, you actually celebrate them for what nooby little gems they are! But why is it the n00b BOX, when it could be the n00b CUBE?

Good work! Does it hold terrain in memory after it goes out of view? Can it be modified to have flat places with spawnpoints, or whatever? Can the terrain maps be synchronized over multiplayer connections (eg. server generates terrain based on all player positions, clients request local data)? I almost wish I had a project to use this with. Sniff, sniff. Ah, well. Ego laudum! (Latin for, "I give it high praise," if my conjugation is anywhere near accurate)
