Campadrenalin
Name: Philip Horger
Age: 18
Location: The middle of nowhere
Description: Genius masked by weirdness and being too cheap to use full versions of programs. I have invented several types of nonfatal guns that can be made with household objects, including the Nausea Gun, and I also invented a system for harnessing lightning into usable power. Oh, and I'm going to build a hovercraft. I love reading and am about as open-minded as a closed-minded person can be, and vise-versa. I support the idea to have a site or page on the net that can compare programming languages and possibly even translate them.

Added an early version of the intro scene and a mostly-complete menu. Unfortunately, the file is now friggimonstrously huge (9MB), so next time, I'm going to use Ogg Vorbis compression and upload as zip... if I can find a Vorbis converter that won't give me spyware.

Needs more stuff to do. This is a lot like a game that I thought up, but don't have time to work on. My solution to boredom is an automatic update system, to add new types of stuff without requiring a redownload of the client. That would actually be easier to implement on your game than mine. Also, was I just the only one online, or is it simply impossible to interact with anyone? Because if you can't hang out then you are missing your most important feature right there.

Thanks a million, Yoshermon! I'm glad you liked it, especially the music I made! I will add a menu and a story, both of which will hopefully be up to my perfectionist standards. One of the ideas I hoped to get across in the graphics (but couldn't due to speed limitations) is that the black stuff around the enemies is actually the "other world" bleeding through, with patterns and stuff revealing all those regions to be revelations into the same image... But it ran too slow :(

Absolutely aggravating. The controls were fine, but the first level had beyond ridiculous expectations of the player. It drove me away. Also, if a character is weak, it must at least be very responsive.
