    Assuming that you're only attempting to use F11 in 1P (it doesn't work anywhere else in the game), that seems to be a keyboard-related issue. Does F11 work on your computer in other programs that have a function for it? Try googling it and see if you find an answer. You can also try the on-screen keyboard available at Control Panel --> Ease of Access.
