In Create event make variable, in the draw event put Set color and Draw rectangle
x,y,x+variable,y + how you want your vertical size. ( Do not use Health score
system.) Do not forget, to make a frame arond your life bar.

I love this game! I used to play Super Punch Out a lot, and this is almost as good. I wish you hadn't stolen those sprites from Metal Slug, but it's not that bad. Your original graphics are amazing!
