In the first level you can cheat by continuously jumping above the screen to avoid getting hit. The levels after that are button-mashers without much other strategy. Needs better gameplay. Graphix ok.

Btw they arent all button mashers. The level where you collect guns, The level where you fight the frog dude, the last boss level, the tank boss level, the jumping level, all these are not button mashers
