For level 19: you need to make the first 3 marios into frogs. Then use the down the pip power on the first and 3th frog when he returns from bouncing against the wall. Use pull plant on the last plant. Then you need to use the piano power on the next frog to make him stop at the next plant. And then you need to use the bridge to make sure the frog doesnt go left.
