@FallenMaster 4 posts ago. Yes, it is a Game Maker glitch. Certain events are retrospectively called when the computer is switched on; I think it's the Alarm events, but I don't know for sure. It happens in The Cleaner too; if you put your computer in standby when you're on the pause screen, when you restart you see the screen filled with background objects.
Good thinking putting in an anti-cheating system though.

I really think you should reset the highscores, Fallen.....I felt like playing again, and I got about 32 pixels of healthbar from beating the fifth boss (which, apparently, a good 50 people have no trouble beating), and I got 218 on the all-time scoreboard. 30th on the monthly list. I was half expecting to do this when no one plays the game enough anymore to get a really high score, but....no.
