I've never played the original, but it feels like an old school game should.
Secret areas or unlockables would be a welcome touch.

Hmmmm. Perhaps Checkpoints (or difficulty nerf) & Mabey Questions will ALWAYS be under a discolored block instead of just most of the time? You can already see them under the round objects.

Anyway, Mabey I could redo the graphics, but I hoping that If I can get this featued here I'll get it approved as an official sequal to the original. But It might be insteresting to see how well I could design it...
