Wow! It's looking good :) Just add some animations, make the blood smaller, and work on the level sprites some more and this would be very good :) 5/6 for a beta.

3/5. The game play is too repetetive, add checkpoints in levels, so when dying or landing in spikes, you don't have to restart back to the whole level. Allow the player to control their jumping strength, it would make it easier for the player to grab coins at a certain height. And the common enemies take way too long to kill. It was a decent platformer/shooter, but the concept feels too simple. Nice job on adding lifebars. Good try on adding AI into the game.
