You should make a simpler example on how to make the minimization icon. I also couldn't use the .lib file.

some suggestions:
different skins
being able to rearrange icons/ format where things are placed
maybe have a schedule that you can have on your dates to remind you
being able to move around on map/ enlarging map.
being able to pick weather providers.
these are just some things that would be cool and make it more useful and dependable. because after a while this could become easily not necessary or helpful past what you already have!
