I reccomend that everyone should make a simple first game like this when starting out. However, the reason why it's so hard to find proffessional-type games that are really fun is because people post their first games on here. Understand me: these simple first games are about the journey, not the destination. You learn as you go, laying the groundwork for more advanced practice, which prepares you for making fun, awesome-looking games that you can be proud to post here.
