MADHOUSE is an old-school horror shooter featuring three modes of play; single player Arcade Mode, two player Versus Mode, and Survival Mode, where players compete for the online hi-score.

This version features 4 playable characters, 4 secret unlockable characters, and 6 Arcade Mode stages. However, future versions will include much more, and possibly even Netplay Mode, where players can battle each other via their Internet connection.
