i think i know how to improve this. just keep the same coding for the enemy creating soldiers n such, but add a variable for the enemy's "monies" then when they create a soldier, make them lose that much monies when its created. but make sure they have at least that much money for it to be created first.

this game is a good start, but its not balanced at all! the enemy threw 2 planes at me before i got enough "monies" for my first soldier!

also be sure to decrease the price of equipment in later ages. its just not worth it! getting to that age is hard enough!
