Game description:

A kind of initial release of a project based on the idea of an AI-controlled "city" that constructs, rearranges, and manages itself over time. The civilians, "Virtuas", populate this city in areas based on the amount of decent housing,thorough roadways and proximity to places of work. The city has police and medical services to reduce crime and fatalities.

As a mayor-type figure, you have to ability to interfere with 3 things: Roadways, Housing, and Workplaces. This will impact the outcome greatly.

Crime is determined by criminals coming out and killing civilians, usually from abandoned housing. Roads + Housing - Virtuas = Crime.

A Virtua that has worked much with much money will turn a house he enters Blue, indicating wealth in a region.

Recreation, which i am still developing, will include sporting events which will bring more money to the city. The more money there is in a certain part of town, the more will develop.
