Pros: Pretty much Everything. Good Game.

i played it quite some time ago and i enjoied it- but the good thing is that i can place pavement on the water- don't fix that cos i can make a pier/seaport, but the thing i'm talking about is that you can't place roads- but that doesn't matter cos it's all good
