Game description:

A side-scrolling Sonic racing game.

Shadow finds himself in a vision, meeting Maria. As Maria tried to warn Shadow, two mysterious demons attack Shadow.
Sonic finds Shadow laying on the ground motionless. Tails takes him to his house so he can rest safely and shortly after Knuckles directs Sonic to a mysterious screen.
It's Eggman and he is organizing an innocent race against him to see if his Hyper Turbo Egg-mobile is a success. Sonic and his friends enter to find out more and suddenly an eerie girl appears to enter as well, to show off her witch-craft abilities. Sonic, Amy, Knuckles, Cream, Tails, Emerl, Jet and the new Karen enter the competition.

Collect rings and win often to unlock new characters and levels. Grab the hidden black rings and win to unlock missions and collect all shards and win to gain a Chaos Emerald.
Also this game is compatible with a Gamepad! You are limited to use only Sonic though. Also, you need the Gamepad to play 2-player mode. Race head-to-head or collect all coins and see who got the most in coin hunt!
