Pros: well, its like a metroid game i guess. and alot of planets.
Cons: you can get stuck in between missile doors.

It's probably because when you change rooms it creates a new object for Samus. Try making a persistant object the keeps track of your speed, and if you're speed boosting or not.

There's a glich, when you use speed booster for the first time you get stuck, don't know wheter that's fixed yet or not.
