The sprites don't move at all- They walk/run badly- How do i make them walk- Animation too afst- Need help with timing.

"How do i make it a instant play game? I tried downloadind directly the executable, the nothign after 2 days- then an excutable in zip folder, and again nothing after a few days- How do i make it instant play- i did make it reach all requirements, but it said, do u want to abort script, or computer will become unresposive when i uploaded it."

I uploaded the updated game- It doesn't work- Does it work for anyone else? I uploaded the .exe file in a compressed zip folder.
