    Some rooms could be lit brightly with white lights for a natural look, while the rooms with a view outside should be lit with bright orange lighting to reflect the martian (if it is Mars) lighting and atmosphere.

    If you can add some of these things, then I think it would be great :)

    I really liked all the rooms with a view to the outside and the window texture.

    I also liked the sewage tubes that you were in in one level, you should use those more.

    Also it would be nice if you would be able to make another wall texture. 2 would be even better. It doesnt look that good if every room is exactly the same.

    And finally and most importantly. Learn to use lighting effects. Just static lights at the beginning. The sewage could have dark red lighting for instance.

    Hey, it's pretty cool. Great job.

    You asked for detailed feedback, so here I go.
    The test tubes on the first level that are supposed to be broken look a bit weird. The texture is wrong, it is just scratches, with no glass to hold it up, doesn't make a lot of sense. You should draw some of the green glass onto the shards texture also, so it would look like its actually broken glass, not some sort of wire mesh holding the test tube up.
