you messed up, on my first ever game i did the same, when you colide with the penguin it should show a message only once, so when it colides with it make it blonce off it ant any speed (not 0 or any thing that contains a minus) and then make the penguin go in the directionbutton in the middle, that should help,

the penguin thing is Flow-300's , and he has't asked me to update it , so its stayed the same
